Austin Chronicle Feature: Faster Than Sound: City Council Supports Music-Focused Arts Facility on Ea
The good press just keeps coming!
Thank you ever so much for helping us move this issue from vision, through adopted legislation, and now—hopefully—to realization.
We are forever grateful. And we hope you also recognize this accomplishment as something that you helped make happen.
Now, as we move into the next phase, please continue to follow updates on our social media/Facebook pages and on Instagram, Kenny Dorham's Backyard and Friends of Kenny Dorham's Backyard.
Your input and involvement remains important to us! Ultimately this work is Community Work—and it seems clear that you ARE part of our Community. Please join us in whatever way you are able to make sure that this important work does not get caught in a quagmire of City politics. We are working for the future, but NOW is the time to do the necessary work.
We want and need you to stay in our corner to make sure there indeed is follow-through and implementation.
The table is large, and I'm sure there's a place for you if you care to have more involvement and offer up needed skill-sets and resources!
We still need you.
Many, many thanks for all of the support you've offered thus far.
