We are thrilled to share that the Council Meeting on March 27 was a success!

Council voted 5-2 to approve the motion directing staff to work with us in resolving any remaining questions or concerns, and to prepare a Draft Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment to present for Council approval in the near future!

We are excited to collaborate with the planning staff to advance the development of Bayou Cable Park, and we are committed to addressing the concerns and interests of the community. We believe that this project will bring many positive benefits to the area, and we aim to move forward in an efficient and effective manner.
