Firstly, I would like to say thank you to everyone who is signing and sharing this petition, every signature counts!
I have been emailing the main Newspaper Houses here in the UK every day to bring attention to our petition for international assistance. The petition has reached notice from some media platforms and was addressed in the UK London Protest yesterday 18th July 2021.
We need to reach over 50 000 signatures for me to send our petition across to my local MP in Poole, UK so that my MP can raise it with the UK Parliament. We are coming awfully close to these required numbers so please keep sharing so we can reach our target.I am thinking of everyone back in South Africa and just want to say how incredibly proud I am watching the community coming together, united, and resilient in these difficult times you are all facing.
