1,631 Signatures in 24 hours: Durango Hot Springs Petition

Hey petitioners,

WOW. The goal was 240 signatures in 24 hours and 1,000 in 10 days. Instead, we reached 1,631 signatures in a single day. That’s incredible, and I’m truly grateful to be part of this community.

Southwest Colorado is an amazing place to live for many reasons, but what stands out most is how people rally when something matters. The way this petition spread is a perfect example.

Durango Hot Springs should offer a locals discount because this community consistently supports the businesses that make Durango feel like home. With a locals discount, the hot springs could be one of those places too.

Next steps:

1. If there’s anywhere else you can share the petition, please do. Let’s keep the momentum going. The next goal is 3,000 signatures by Monday, January 12th.
2. If you haven’t left a comment yet, consider adding one. Personal stories and voices make the petition even more powerful, and it shows Durango Hot Springs how meaningful this is for the community!
3. I plan to approach Durango Hot Springs management early next week with the petition and see if they are willing to consider a locals discount.
