Time for an update a followup of the Dignity & Independence clause???

PLEASE SIGN FOR NO DISCRIMINATION AGAINST RURAL RESIDENTS IN NEW ZEALAND! 

What is the use of A Human Rights Commission or A Health & Disability Commission if they don't have any power to put changes in place? It's just a waste of tax payers money!!! 

NZTA is a mainly male run government department...make them answerable to the commissions let alone the public!!!
