Fellow animal lover,

Last week we inundated Morrisons call centre with demands to improve chicken welfare. One call centre staff reported HUNDREDS of calls had been received, and others reported that Morrisons was going to make a statement of some kind soon. Great work! 

But, past experience shows us we can't take our foot off the pedal. Let's keep the pressure up!

This week we're going to inundate Morrison's Freepost address! It's sure to ruffle some feathers at HQ as Morrisons has to foot the bill for each piece of post received. Therefore, the goal is to send as much post as possible and make Morrisons pay for its cruel treatment of chickens.

Send Morrisons mail explaining why you think it's important to treat chickens right. Including the #MorrisonsMisery hashtag in your note will make it clear that it's related to our campaign to get Morrisons to sign the Better Chicken Commitment.

You could write a short letter, or if you’re feeling creative why not send a drawing, poster or write Morrisons a poem? Don’t worry too much about the content - it's just important that Morrisons receives as much mail as possible. Remember to keep it polite, we’ll get the message across more effectively.
