For years downhill pond has been getting dirtier and dirtier, people have been using it to dispose of their rubbish and other harmful materials. On a yearly basis swans come to the pond and live there for a while and it's an absolute disgrace the conditions that they are suffering, it's about time that something was done about this absolute mess.
