Timothy Batts is responsible for the death of his daughter Timea(11) Batts that occured on Aug. 8th. Batts was released on bond and has failed to hold his end of his bond probation terms. Our request is to return Batts back to Summer Co. jail until his hearing. Batts has a history of criminal behavior and has since been arrested and charged on new charges while being a felon In possession of a firearm. The people of Sumner Co. do not feel safe with Batts being released into their community. He has since failed a drug test,which is a violation of his release terms. We ask that he be returned to jail immediately and be held on no bond until trial. Timea Batts deserves justice and we will not give up until then. May you rest in peace in heaven little one.
