You may have heard the rumors in the local press that 2,000+ signatures that have been collected to bring the Dakota Pacific matter on the November ballot are invalid. That is NOT TRUE!. In fact, the reporting relies on outdated guidelines and the 2020 code changes now allow binding methods like binders. In short all the signatures collected so far are still valid and everything will be fine as long as we get to the ~4500 signatures needed. 

On that note, If you haven’t signed yet, please do so THIS weekend at one of the following locations:

SATURDAY 2/22 (TODAY)

• 10AM-12PM Jeremy Ranch Park & Ride
• 10AM-2PM Kimball Junction library parking lot
• 3-5PM Pinebrook Park
