Councillor Brian Riley believes that he can represent the people of Hadleigh at Suffolk County Council, from his new home in North Carolina. I believe that the people who elected him will feel differently and would prefer someone who lives in, and cares about, Hadleigh. Let's let him know that

-we don't agree with his decision not to stand down

-we want him to stand down immediately to allow an election to take place this May, avoiding an expensive by-election at another time

-this type of behaviour gives politics and politicians a bad name
