We call on the County Council Cabinet to reconsider making a transition grant to Donnington Doorstep Children’s Centre for its drop-in stay-and-play activity. We are confident that if we receive transition funding in 2017/18 then Doorstep will have sufficient lead time to raise the additional funds needed to sustain this essential service in for children and parents in East Oxford.
