Leah Benene. She was a manager at the Subway restaurant in Eastpointe on Nine Mile and Kelly roads. She signed a Non-compete agreement, not to work for one year at a competing employer. 

Leah missed a lot of work and had to have surgery. The company fired her. This was about Auguest. Leah tried to get work at a sandwich shop in the Detroit, Michigan area. Lawyers for her Subway  sent a letter to her new prospective employer, telling them about the agreement.
