Canadian Horizons, and its new development Vinterra have developed a plan for a complete community that is nestled in the bench lands in sunny Penticton in the heart of wine country and overlooking Okanagan Lake. Taking advantage of the surrounding natural environment and breathtaking views, Vinterra is envisioned as family neighbourhood providing single detached homes, parks, trails, and natural wildlife corridors

This development will not affect any ALR lands and will be on a bench above the vineyards providing the most dramatic views in the area over the vineyards below and the lake and valley.
