In addition to the environmental, financial and socio-economic benefits of building this proposed development, this proposal is focusing on cluster development to ensure preservation of over 45 percent of the 120+ acre property. It will include many other community amenities such as new parks, new trails and habitat corridors.

This community will have restrictive design guidelines that will ensure the built form reflects the surrounding architecture and vineyard and agricultural influences.

This stunning lake view development will create 6.5 km of new public trails; 22.9 ha. of greenspace (conservation land and parks); Wildfire protection; New Housing and Rental Housing; and the Protection of Agricultural lands.
