Fellow Petitioners thank you for your signatures, without you I would just be a lost story. I want to apologize for my lack of updates, however I really haven't had much to announce. Here recently this class-action settlement administrator sent me some infuriating news. I was advised claimants who could not identify specific suppliers of the Chinese drywall was only granted .36 a square foot. I didn't build the home I have no knowledge of where the Chinese Drywall was purchased, however I do know it was labeled KNAUF which had been identified as one of the main Chinese Drywall emitting these toxic gasses. Their treating claimants so unfair and unfairly denying us out of greed. The less the settlement administrator pays out the more they pocket. They have a pro rata reduction imposed on this ridiculous class action that states they reduce your award by 50%. In other words if your offered 10,000 you actually receive 5,000. For my bodily injury claims I was awarded $1,000. I produced numerous medical records, pharmacy and I paid for record fees in hopes they would make a fair and informed decision. NOT! They are an insult to injury, I refuse to accept their insulting offers and will accept I have lost this battle. My prayers was to be compensated for my losses and become a homeowner once again in a safe non toxic home. The undue stress this puts upon my family is unnecessary and only deteriorates our health further. This petition still stands for something, it is extremely important for me to continue to raise awareness. If I can touch someones life or educate someone to prevent them from becoming a victim I have accomplished my goal. I want to be a bug in the ear of these government leaders that are responsible for this huge oversight so they are reminded. I want to pursue the longterm health effects my innocent children and victims face. There are too many unknowns. I deserve an answer, this has robbed my family of our home, health, credit, financial stability etc. It has consumed me and robbed me of time from my children that I will not get back. It is my hope that you all stick with me throughout this and continue to sign and share. On another note I pray our country can come together unite and stand against those out to destroy us. I pray that God will be allowed back into our schools, jobs, football fields, and more importantly our homes. God Bless
