Since the board paper 2019 was lengthy and tougher as compared to past papers of boards it needs to be easily and linently checked and marks shall be awarded to correct concepts. It was a tricky paper and there were too many numericals. Average students may score 40 out of 70 but being a board paper that isn't the goal. So it should be marked accordingly.
