It is that time of the year again, students are freezing their butts off while wearing Concordia outerwear. Concordia outerwear does not keep students warm at all and multiple students and parents have complained about this in the past. I think students should be allowed to wear non Concordia outerwear/hoodies under rules and regulation agreed upon by the students and staff.
