Victory!

The Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE) yesterday published their final proposals for the ward boundary changes they believe are necessary in order to achieve electoral balance in Norwich by 2023. Mancroft ward will change size and shape but our campaign to keep the St Augustine's part of it together and inside the city centre ward has been totally successful. The LGBCE have even acknowledged that our campaign was influential on their decision to reverse their previous proposal to split our community in two and move the halves into north Norwich.
