The fight continues. The court denied my motion for a preliminary injunction—which would have immediately stopped California’s unconstitutional CCW scheme from being enforced against law-abiding citizens like you and me.

But I refuse to let corrupt officials and a broken system trample our rights. That’s why on August 27, 2025, I filed a Notice of Appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

This case isn’t just about me—it’s about exposing how California turned the Second Amendment into a pay-to-play system where citizens are forced to spend thousands on fees, training, and arbitrary standards just to beg for permission to exercise an inalienable right.
