Thank you to everyone who has supported this petition and stood up for our God-given, Constitutionally guaranteed rights. I want to give you a critical update on my ongoing federal lawsuit: VALLEJOS v. ROB BONTA and CHAD BIANCO—a direct challenge to California’s unconstitutional CCW permit scheme.

Despite being a federally licensed firearms dealer, having an Arizona CCW, passing every background check, and even receiving a letter from the California DOJ confirming that I am NOT a disqualified person, I was still denied a California CCW permit in Riverside County.

Why? Because of feelings—not facts.

Sheriff Chad Bianco, the man responsible for my denial, has a record of abusing his position for political gain. Not only did he kneel to BLM in 2020, but he also falsely accused Vem Miller of the third assassination attempt on President Trump—an innocent man who is now suing Bianco for $100 million. This is who’s deciding who gets to exercise their Second Amendment rights?

This case is bigger than me. It’s about every Californian who’s been denied their right to self-defense due to subjective standards, backroom politics, and unconstitutional roadblocks.

Our fight is now in federal court, where I’m standing pro se to strike down the entire CCW scheme in California and push for Constitutional Carry—just like in 29+ other states. We’re building momentum, and I need your help now more than ever.
