So I got denied the fee waiver to file in federal court and I have to pay out of pocket. This is getting really expensive just to be insulted by the very people I'm trying to help. No there's nothing wrong with me, I got denied based on Arbitrary Rules and Subjective Standards against NYSRPA vs Bruen and other SCOTUS RULINGS. Like I said, it's character assassination when they deny law abiding citizens their CCW. It makes people think there's something wrong with you. I can get an FFL, an AZ CCW and I even have a letter from the DOJ stating I'm not a prohibited person or disqualified from carrying a weapon yet still denied. A RIGHT DELAYED IS A RIGHT DENIED and my right is being denied and I risk arrest for exercising my constitutional inalienable right! Ask yourself. Does that sound right you you? What if you risked arrest for not having a permit to go to church? Or charged with posting on Reddit without a permission slip, training and mental evaluation from your local PD or sheriff?! What if you needed to pay an application fee and take training just to not be subject to unreasonable search and seizure?! Just as ridiculous to think of the Second Amendment as a second class right that Daddy government and Tyrants have the ability to strip from you. Look up inalienable and you'll understand what I'm talking about when I say OUR RIGHTS ARE BEING INFRINGED UPON. I don't care if I end up homeless again I'm going to fight this Unconstitutional violation solo as I have been this whole time.
