Dear Supporters,

I want to thank you all for your incredible support in signing and sharing my petition to strengthen Revolut's fraud protection measures. Your voices are making a difference, and I deeply appreciate each one of you.

I have an important update regarding my situation:

1. Revolut Refuses Reimbursement: Revolut has refused to reimburse me for the six fraudulent transactions that totaled £19,119.31. This is a significant blow, but I am determined to continue fighting for justice and better protections for all customers.

2. Referral to the Ombudsman: I have now referred my case to the Financial Ombudsman Service. However, I am concerned about the outcome, as Revolut has not signed up to the Contingent Reimbursement Model (CRM) Code, which significantly impacts their obligations towards reimbursing scam victims.

3. About the CRM Code: For those unfamiliar with the CRM Code, here's a brief explanation: "Revolut has not signed up for the Contingent Reimbursement Model (CRM) Code, which is designed to reimburse customers who are victims of Authorised Push Payment (APP) scams. The CRM Code, overseen by the Lending Standards Board (LSB), requires signatory banks to adhere to high standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to APP scams, and to reimburse customers who have been scammed through no fault of their own."

I remain hopeful that with your continued support, we can bring about the necessary changes to protect consumers better. Please keep sharing the petition and raising awareness about this critical issue.

Thank you once again for standing with me.

Best regards,
Conrad
