Rats on the pill

Well New York has finally made efforts to strengthen their animal welfare.

A new birth control for rats has finally been invented with high birth prevention rates.

This birth control is safe, humane, and non toxic to humans and non-human animals alike.

So existing rats will be able to safely thrive while halting overpopulation.
