I have been doing research, and we can get new school buildings without having to raise taxes, the Ohio budget for public schools is $8.1 Billion, and new schools would only cost roughly $238 million. We could get the state of Ohio to fund these schools, but we would need a petition and photographic evidence of what is wrong with these school buildings.
