Please allow Edna Watters To continue feeding the cats that she has done for over 3 decades.  It is very transparent that Ms Watters is no threat to security and she should be allowed to feed the cats in the Stormont Estate.

Without this lovely lady feeding the cats they would sadly have to be removed and possibly face an unknown future
