Edna Watters is a 76-year-old Belfast woman who has recently been denied access to feed the stray cats at Stormont, despite having done so for 30 years now. 

This is a lady who seems to find joy in caring for those who need it, a woman with compassion for animals and feels a duty of care for them.  

She should be allowed to continue to feed these cats freely, and should not be deemed as a "security risk". I urge Stormont to reconsider, and at the very least, to grant special access for Edna to continue doing what she enjoys.
