There is still a huge DDR community in Louisville, Kentucky; however, there are no longer any arcades and shops with DDR machines in the city and surrounding areas. I know many people personally who frequently drive to Nashville, TN and Cincinnati, OH solely to play DDR with their friends. While console variants (and the PC-variant Stepmania) are still viable, there's just something about playing on the Arcade Cabinets.

I have been told by an employee from The Zone that the owner has mentioned the idea of adding arcade machines to his shop to drive sales. Many of us feel that a DDR machine would be a great addition, and would drive sales not only through the game itself, but also through water and snack sales! Patrons would also be able to view the comics during their breaks, driving comic and figure sales as well!

If you, too, think that it's high time we bring DDR back to this great city, sign, sign, SIGN!!
