The Developer has scheduled a question and answer session for October 22nd at 6pm. It will be at the Saints Golf Course Meeting Room

He is not doing this by choice, it was "highly suggested" by the council and the Planning and Zoning Board before he presents any further requests

Your City Council Woman was asked to attend. She will not be able to comment on any of the concerns. She will be there only to observe that the Developer has not tried  to make any false claims and gives each person time to ask questions.

The Next Morning

The City Site Plan Review Committee will be hearing the request for Zoning Change on October 23rd at 1:00 pm

If this passes it will go directly to Planning and Zoning for a quick review and then it will go to the City Council that has said it will hear both the Zoning Change as well as the Site Plan at the same meeting.
