First of all, I would like to thank each and every person who has singed the petition, sent me messages, mail in the post and has visited us in store to show us your support. I can’t describe how overwhelmed I have been by the response. I had never dreamed when starting this petition that it would gain over 90,000 signatures! All of the support I have been shown by people around the world over the past few months has really kept my determination in fighting this case and has reminded me how ridiculous this situation has been and to keep fighting. I am SO happy to announce that House of Zana has WON our case against the fast fashion giant ZARA, meaning I can continue with my trademark application and will no longer need to rebrand my business. Going into this representing myself, I knew it was going to be hard, but I am so pleased that all my efforts have paid off, taking endless hours away from my business and family to prepare for the case. I now feel like I can finally relax, with full reassurance that House of Zana can keep flourishing and developing into the brand I have always dreamed of. I would like to reiterate how grateful I am for all of the support, I’m not sure what would’ve happened without this.
