Business owners are being bullied by yelp.Yelp takes negative reviews and publicises them while hiding positive ones in effort to extort the business to advertise with yelp. These actions are having a ripple effect through the business.The owners are left with either advertising with yelp for a steep price or losing business from their detured customers. Either choice means a potential downsize of employees or higher product cost for consumers. All reviews should be posted equally instead of sorted through their unethical programs.
