HAMMOND TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS: The Hammond Township Board passed a motion to intervene in the WIPSC's review of Xcel's Ten Mile Creek industrial solar disaster and to retain a law firm. HOWEVER, OUR WORK IS NOT DONE YET as the Board set a special meeting on Monday December 22, 2025, at 7:30pm at the Township Hall at 1816 County Road E where Township citizens must vote to approve allocation of funds to pay for the intervention campaign. It is imperative that every Township resident who opposes this industrial solar boondoggle shows up at the 12/22/25 meeting to cast their vote in favor of funding the intervention campaign. Show up in person, cast your vote and let your voice be heard!
