A CALL TO ACTION: Call and write your Wisconsin state representatives now to demand that they support 2025 Wisconsin Senate Bill 3. SB 3 isn't perfect, but it will clip the PSC's authority and require approval from all impacted towns and counties in order for 100MW wind and solar projects to proceed. We need a two-thirds supermajority vote in both the WI state Assembly and Senate to override Governor Ever's veto of this bill. If this was the law of the land today, Xcel Energy's solar farm proposal would be DOA.

As an example, for those living in Wisconsin's 10th Senate District, contact Senator Rob Stafsholt and ask him to confirm his support for SB3!
