Mayor Shane McFarland was set to host a Facebook live to discuss the issue of solid waste in our City on Tuesday 8/29. He CANCELED less than an hour before and refused to let our voices be heard. 

Murfreesboro City Council Meetings and this Facebook Live have been canceled because the council is AFRAID to face the people in their community. 

There is a Murfreesboro City Council Meeting on Thursday, August 31ST, at 6PM located at Murfreesboro City Hall. There is an open public comment section of this meeting where council must hear from YOU! To make a public comment at this meeting you can email publiccomments@murfreesborotn.gov or call 615-849-2629 with your name and address. You must sign up to speak during public comment no later than noon on 8/31! 

We need to DEMAND the neighborhood meetings we were PROMISED and let council know how we feel!!!
