At the Murfreesboro City Council Meeting on 3/2 Mayor, Shane McFarland, made Daren Gore, Assistant City Manager of Utility Enterprises, PROMISE to have neighborhood meetings to keep everyone up to date on this project BUT they have NOT! 

Murfreesboro City Council Meetings have been canceled because the council is AFRAID to face the people in their community. 

There is a Murfreesboro City Council Meeting on Thursday, August 17th, at 6PM located at Murfreesboro City Hall. There is an open public comment section of this meeting where council must hear from YOU! To make a public comment at this meeting you can email publiccomments@murfreesborotn.gov or call 615-849-2629 with your name and address. You must sign up to speak during public comment no later than noon on 8/17! 

We need to DEMAND the neighborhood meetings we were PROMISED and let council know how we feel!!!
