We thought the February Planning Board meeting would be the final meeting for the warehouse application on Homestead Road but the Planning Board scheduled an Executive Session which forced the meeting to be cut short and rescheduled. This warehouse application will result in more than 320 tractor trailer trips per day throughout our town.
 
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 13th at 7:00 in the Municipal building courtroom.  The traffic expert, the last witness for the applicant, is scheduled to testify and you will have the opportunity to ask him questions.
 
The objectors for this application have presented all their experts, so this could be the final meeting when the Planning Board will vote to approve or deny this application. It’s been three years and twenty meetings and the objectors have presented a good case as to why this application should be denied however; they need your help.  Please attend the Planning Board meeting to voice your concerns about these warehouses.  Public comment is when you can voice your opposition.  We must fill the courtroom.  There is strength in numbers.
 
Urge your family, neighbors, and friends to go to the meeting also.
