Hello everyone!
Are you interested in being an active participant of SWAT and voicing your opinions in township Planning Board Meetings. If so, here are the upcoming meetings. Keep in mind, you do not have to come to each meeting; however, please do show your support by coming to the township meetings, which are called the Planning Board meetings. These will be happening on June 9th at 7:30 pm and on July 7th at 7:30 pm.
Moreover, anyone interested in joining the mailing list can reach out and will be promptly added to it!

UPCOMING MEETINGS
June 9, 7:30 PM Planning Board.
Agenda: Harvard Way warehouse project is on the agenda. Note one or two new documents at the bottom of the list, including a response by Michael Ford (who is also the applicant’s engineer for Homestead), to objector Princeton Hydro. More documents will likely be posted between now and June 9th. This would be a really good meeting to attend to see how the applicant is navigating trough the flooding issues and to show support for the Green Hills community, which has experienced devastating flooding over the last 25 years.
June 13, 7:00 PM – Environmental Commission
Agenda: Review of M&M Realty’s Glen Gery application to sub-divide the former brick factory off Hamilton Road into at least 200 single family homes. This is part of an “inclusionary” Affordable Housing project at the Sherman Tract to also build 78 Affordable apartments, though there is really nothing inclusionary about it—these are non-contiguous properties. So far there is nothing on this agenda about Homestead or other warehouses, but they are awaiting more documents, so that could change.
