Thank you for continuing to stay engaged in this process. It’s been a long journey, and your attentiveness has mattered every step of the way.

As many of you know, the proposed warehouse application for 275 Kingsland Street has once again been adjourned, now since June 18th, 2025. We want this application to be formally withdrawn, ensuring the warehouse is no longer an option for this property.

In addition, there continue to be discussions around the Innovation Center on ON3’s main campus. These plans raise important questions about how development may affect Nutley’s flooding, traffic, and local ecosystem.

If you have concerns, questions, or simply want to stay informed, please continue to attend the public meetings, with one taking place tomorrow at Nutley Municipal Building, 3rd floor, Commissioner's Chambers at 7PM.  Your voice and presence help ensure transparency and accountability in decisions that directly impact our community.
