Dear Neighbor,
The warehouse proposal is being canceled, thanks to your action. We’re grateful to the Commissioners and Prism for responding to public feedback.
With the new redevelopment plan up for approval this week, concerns still remain.
Nutley Lumber has filed a formal legal objection, citing expert findings that Prism has been discharging an estimated 89 million gallons of stormwater per year into St. Paul’s Brook—raising risks of flooding, erosion, and runoff-related damage throughout our neighborhood.
They are calling on the township to delay approving the new plans until these issues are addressed.
If you’ve experienced flooding, property damage, or health concerns near this area, please come share your story, or show up to support those who will.
Meetings:

Let’s make sure what comes next actually protects Nutley.
