in other countries even some third world countries insurance is so much more affordable.

it’s considered universal so once the vehicle is insured a full license holder can drive it.

this is what I think and you think should happen in this very rich country.

 I am sure many others too instead of paying more if a relative or friend needs to drive your vehicle would agree.

whatever more the cost it adds up and becomes unaffordable.

let us get this to someone who will listen and help us.
