We are not calling for a ban on Dhabihah slaughter for Halal food and Shechita slaughter for Kosher food. Our concern does not relate to religious belief but to the animal welfare compromise of non-stun slaughter. Hope that helps. The problem we face is to convince Cameron to make this law.
