I have loaded two of my garbage carts, with the numbers located on them....NOW THESE NUMBERS ARE REGISTERED TO THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY...

So, how can they tell us we have unregistered carts, if they assign these numbers to us?? 

I have sent emails to our mayor and councilmen Seat 4 and Seat 5....

I have also inquired to the CFO of Florida...LET'S GO!!
