Specifically, this will ask your MPs to sign a parliamentary motion in support of our Catch Up With Cancer campaign to ensure cancer patients get the treatment they need. With over 300 new MPs, it is crucial that our campaign message is heard. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer, and currently, about a third of cancer patients are facing treatment delays. One of the key areas in cancer treatment is radiotherapy, which is necessary for about half of all cancer cures.
