CPS is trafficking children for federal funds

This is not only a problem happening in Manitowoc County is happening in every County and every state in America and everybody should be extremely concerned because I guarantee you one day you will be faced with CPS maybe not you but maybe a family member or a close friend when you know they did nothing wrong and they were loving parent however now their children are forced to live in foster care where their arms are broken requiring surgery where they're raped within 30 days of being removed by their sexually assaulted on a school bus where they fractured wrists these are all things happened in foster care not prior to being removed they cannot give one example of something that happened in the bio family home but there's a list of things happening under their care and they seem to think that's all right and so CPS starts being held accountable and the judges start being held accountable this is never going to change so I urge everybody to sign this petition regardless of what state you live in. My goal is to repeal title for funding otherwise known as for which targets minority families and low income families but if they can't find inventory that way then to just take medium class or Rich families and lie about the income that they have so they can qualify for the funding they did it in my case they said that I was poor and afdc qualified and I've never been on welfare day in my life.
