I just want to start by saying thank you to every single person who has signed and shared this petition. The support has been incredible, and it truly means so much.
We’ve now passed 1,000 signatures, which is amazing! It shows just how many people believe that what’s happening to my elderly 79 year old mum is completely unfair and needs to stop.
Since starting this petition, we’ve also managed to get a local councillor on board, and they have already stepped in to help. They’ve contacted Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) directly and urged them to allow my mother to stay in her home. This is a big step forward, and we’re now waiting to see how NHG responds.
What’s Happening Next?
- We’re continuing to push NHG to reverse their decision.
- An MP has said they’ll help with a formal complaint, but this could take some time.
- If NHG refuses to reconsider, we’ll be taking this to the Housing Ombudsman.
How You Can Help Right Now
- Keep sharing this petition – The more people who sign, the harder it will be for NHG to ignore.
- Tag NHG on social media – Let them know this isn’t going away.
- Encourage friends and family to sign – Every name added makes a difference.
I’ll keep you all updated on any progress.
Thank you so much for standing with my mother and helping us fight this injustice.
