I sent an email to https://www.jackmafoundation.org.cn/ today. This was the only email contact possibility that I found, that may can reach Jack Ma's computer. I haven't found closer email of him. I'm still not sure he receives my email through his foundation. It is impossible to send email to any of Alibaba's top managers. My case is still on the customer service's level.  The response I got yesterday from the customer service was the same, like they sent me 1 month before. They offered only partial refund, which is less than what I spent on the trash products. 

I sent my email to Jack Ma Foundation in the hope, that he can see it, and can pay attention to my case which is in dispute since months.
