Petiontion to Protect and Preserve Public Landmarks, Monuments, and Government  Facilities 

To the Members of the United States  Congress  and Federal  Oversight  Authorities,

We, the unerdersigned citizens of the United  States, Call for strict  federal  Oversight, legislative  protections, and enforcement  mechanisms to preserve  the integrity, names, and historical  memorials.

Public Facilities-including the White House, National  Parks, and Civic Monuments- belong inherently  to the American  public. They represent  our shared history  and democratic heritage, not the personal  brand or estate of any single individual  or administration. 

We respectfully demand that Congress  and relevant Oversight committees take the following  actions:

Enact permanent legislative  guardrails  preventing the arbitrary renaming of Public buildings, National  Monuments, and federal facilities  after living political  figures.

Strengthen legal protections against  the destruction  modification, or neglect  of historical  architecture  and public assets funded by taxpayers. 

Restrict the commercialization or partisan branding of state-owned properties, ensuring they remain neutral spaces dedicated  to serving the public
