Take Action This Endometriosis Awareness Month
Mar 4, 2019 —
We want to thank you all again for the dedication, persistence and effort you’ve all put in to making this petition a victory. We simply couldn’t have achieved such change without your support.
Next Tuesday 12th, we’ll be making our way to meet with the Minister of State at the Department for Education, Nick Gibb, to discuss how menstrual wellbeing will be delivered in schools from 2020.
During National Endometriosis Awareness Month, we’d love to demonstrate to Nick Gibb just how many lives he’s changing with this new curriculum. We’re asking you to take to social media to thank Nick Gibb and Damian Hinds for breaking the silence around menstrual wellbeing and for finally challenging the taboo around periods.
We’ve made a picture that’s easy for you to share on social media (just screenshot it). All you have to do is thank them both with the following message and the picture. See below for the different ways to get involved.

Throughout Awareness Month, we’re also asking MPs to officially pledge their support for endometriosis awareness. Why not ask your MP to support on Twitter?
We’ll be hosting a drop in where MPs can come and learn more and sign an early day motion marking awareness month on 12th March. Keep an eye on Facebook ad Twitter for more details nearer the time. You can find out who your local MP is and how to contact them by visiting parliament.uk
Thank you again, I'm looking forward to seeing all the action we take this month!
