GÜRKAN TÜRKOĞLU IS IMMORTAL
HIS MARTYRDOM IS THE DECLARATION THAT THE PEOPLES OF ANATOLIA WILL NOT SURRENDER TO THE NATO IMPERIALISTS
Gürkan Türkoğlu became a martyr on July 5th at the Antalya City Hospital.
Gürkan Türkoğlu, who carried out an indefinite hunger strike for 267 days, was fighting for his life in the hospital following his victory, striving to win yet another victory. In this war of will that has been ongoing since April 9th, Gürkan put up a very powerful fight, just as he did during his resistance.
He tried to respond to his comrades' calls to "STAND UP, SALUTE YOUR VICTORY."
He experienced 267 days where every single moment was filled with clash, as well as the torture of forced medical intervention.
In the hospital, he put up a struggle to recover so he could salute his victory.
He became immortal, leaving us an example of a resistance where every moment passed with a cell-by-cell clash, followed by the treatment process.

We are honoured by our 41st victory against the S-R-Y type isolation prisons, which he gifted to us.
Gürkan Türkoğlu, the brave son of the peoples of Anatolia, showed the whole world that the S-R-Y type isolation prisons cannot take captive the thoughts and beliefs of the Front (Cepheli) prisoners.
S-R-Y type isolation prisons will never be places where revolutionary ideology is annihilated. The Front prisoners will never be surrendered.
Gürkan Türkoğlu, with his body weakening day by day, demonstrated the power of revolutionary thought once again. We have once more shattered the liquidation policies of the imperialists and the collaborative AKP fascism. We did not accept, and we will not accept, the imposition of a system-compliant, submissive, and surrendered leftism.
These days, the collaborators are organizing NATO meetings in our country, preparing to host their imperialist masters. They are making plans to establish a NATO army corps on Anatolian soil.
This is exactly why they murder the Gürkans. The Gürkans are the declaration that the peoples of Anatolia will not become collaborators. In the Great Resistance of 2000-2007, we resisted against the F-type isolation prisons, giving 122 martyrs. THIS WAR is one of the greatest anti-imperialist wars fought against NATO in our country.
We did not allow the imperialists to implement their plans over our people and our homeland yesterday, and we will not allow it today either.
Our history is witness to this. The peoples of the world are witness to this.
We have added the anger we feel toward those who murdered Gürkan to our love for the homeland and to our class consciousness. We will not forget!
