Fikret Akar is one of the political prisoners who are currently on indefinite hunger strike. Today is his 192th day. This is his photo from a week ago. His brother managed to visit him recently. 

His condition is as follows.

"Fikret feels very cold. He’s dressed in several layers, but he’s still freezing.
He’s stopped having sugar completely — he can’t tolerate it anymore; it gives him diarrhoea. He also can’t drink tea. It’s been this way for the past 15 days.

He has severe muscle pain and cramps, which have disrupted his sleep pattern.
He can no longer even sit up.
He feels pressure in his ears and says that his own voice echoes back to him."

Serkan Onur Yilmaz is on his 330th day. His condition is very critical.

Ayberk Demirdogen is on his 209th day. He can only move around on a wheelchair. His father said his condition is bad.

They say they rather die in these air-less, sun-less, human-less,...cells, than live like insects.

Solitary confinement is torture, torture is a humanitarian crime. Only we can stop this.
