I encourage you to email Hon Clare O'Neil via Home Affairs and  Pet Professional Guild Australia  to express your concern about this dog abuser being allowed onto Australian soil.

We cannot allow this type of 'training abuse ' to take place in Australia. 

We don't want him here in Australia strangling our dogs and financially ripping off their owners.
